Job description
- Delivering expertise providing analytics for budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, and monthly business reporting
- Financial processes improvement, identifying and managing of financial risks
- Data analysis, monitoring the performance of financing portfolio and provide insights to the management
- Preparation and presentation of accurate financial reporting
- Deliver budgets management, ensuring alignment with set goals
- Coordination of audits, ensuring adherence to regulations and laws
- Company policies overview, achievement of goals and objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company’s assets
- Team management, building positive work environment, ensuring achievement of set goals
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Experience of 3+ years in financial management
- Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, risk management, financial reporting, auditing coordination, financial planning and finance strategy development
- Experience with ERP systems (D365, SAP or Oracle)
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian, Russian language knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with heavy emphasis in Excel tools and formulas
- Strong interpersonal, organizational skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, attention to detail

- Salary: from 4000 Eur gross depending on your experience, plus annual bonus possible
