Position activities
- Identification of potential associates and partners based on company goals and needs
- Establishment of new partnership relationships to increase collaboration opportunities within the relevant sector (EU-funded projects)
- Management of existing partnerships within the Innovation Hub
- Active participation in physical and virtual events with the goal of generating new leads, associates, and partners
- Schedule meetings and individual sessions with project partners to present our offerings and stimulate alternative collaborations
- Collaborate with companies, industries, SMEs, research centers, and universities across Europe
Expectations for new colleague
- Experience as a Partner and Relationship Manager/Key Account Manager
- Basic knowledge of EU-funded projects
- Previous experience in research and innovation in the digital and manufacturing areas would be an advantage
- Great Lithuanian and English languages skills
- Business-oriented approach and strong knowledge of business strategies
- Interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships across different geographies and cultures
- Public speaking skills and ability to represent the company to a variety of stakeholders
- Strong self-organization skills
- Possibility to travel out of Lithuania
